The location is good. 12 min walk from our daily cruise trip and 3 min walk to bus meeting point. Another plus: they have brand new lift. So I don't need to carry my backpack all the way to 4th floor. Neighborhood is quite (tend to be too quite) so we had a very good rest

Big room, clean and new installation. It is 2 minuts walking fareway from the terminal ferry, perfect to reach Cat Ba. Even if only one person speaks English, the staff is very friendly and gave us helpuful information using Google translator.

The warm welcome was lovely, we arrived early and the lady let us check in early. We had lots of washing and she did it all for us by 10 am the next morning. She then very kindly gave us a lift to our cruise boat. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. We highly recommend.

The place is just perfect! The rooms are perfectly clean, beds are comfy, you get fresh towels every day and a bottle of water. Hotel is located near the port so it's perfect if you want to go to Cat Ba by ferry. The owner is very nice and helpful. We loved it and we enjoyed every minute of our stay!
